I really liked how the sweater look when it arrived, and the design was close to what I was expecting from the photos. But the stitching is kind of uneven in a few places, which made it feel a little less polished. The material felt fine, not bad or anything, but not super impressive either. I might bought it again if it was cheaper, but at this price I’d say it’s just okay.

I ordered a dress from Gaelsong the sizing was nowhere near what I expected. I checked the size chart before buying, but it still showed up huge in some areas and weirdly tight in others.
The shoulders sat strangely, the sleeves were way too long, and the waist hit in the wrong spot, so the whole thing just looked sloppy on me. On top of that, I kept getting these pushy reminder emails, which was annoying after already being disappointed with the order.
Returning it ended up being more of a hassle than I thought it would be. For the price, I really expected a better fit and an easier experience, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

My order showed up, but it wasn’t what I ordered. I was kind of confused at first because I thought maybe I clicked the wrong thing, but nope, wrong items were in the package. Shipping was there, the box was fine, just not my stuff.

I actually liked the items once they arrived, but the shipping cost was ridiculous. For such a small order, it felt like I was paying all over again just to get it delivered. It also made the whole process feel like more effort than it should’ve been...

The pages were loading slowly for me, and the checkout froze twice while I was trying to finish my order. Not the smoothest experience, haha.

I ordered this as a gift and it ended up showing up much later than expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was just stuck waiting around with no real idea of what was going on. it was frustrating, and if shipping is going to be like this again, I’ll probably order from somewhere else next time

I really liked how this looked when I got it, and the style is definitely cute. That said, the fabric felt rougher than I expected and got a little scratchy after wearing it for a while. For the price, I was hoping it would feel softer and more comfortable. It’s not a bad item overall, and I still think it looks nice, but I probably won’t reach for it very often.

I was expecting a bigger selection when I started browsing. There were a few cute things, don’t get me wrong, but then I’d click around and realize the sizes were limited, or the style I liked didn’t have many options. Kind of frustrating because I wanted to find something, but I ended up leaving the site without much in my cart.

I was happy with what I ordered from Gaelsong overall. The items looked like they did in the pictures, and the quality seemed solid enough to me. That said, at the price point, I guess I was expecting them to feel a bit more unique or special in person. Shipping also added more than I would’ve liked, so the total felt a little high. I don’t regret buying from them, but personally, I’m not sure I’d call it the best value.

The box showed up bent, which was disappointing. Luckily, the items inside were fine, but I still think the packaging should be handled with more care. If customers are paying for a product, it’s reasonable to expect it to arrive in better condition...

In my experience, the customer service took way too long to get back to me. When they finally did reply, I didn’t feel like the answers were all that helpful either

I’ve been trying to pay more attention to patterns in the clothes I buy, like how the fabric feels after a few wears and whether the stitching looks consistent. So far, this sweater seems solid. It feels nice, the seams look even, and nothing about it feels cheap. My only hesitation is the price, it’s good quality, but I do think it’s a little on the expensive side.

I did end up getting my return accepted, so that part was fine, but the exchange definitely took longer than I expected. The emails were kind of slow too, which made me wonder what was going on at a couple points, but yeah, it all got sorted in the end. Not terrible, just not super quick
